Graphics Designer - UI/UX Designer

AshreiTech is seeking a talented and detail-oriented Graphics Designer / UI/UX Designer to join our team in Karachi, Pakistan. This full-time, on-site role at NASTP requires working the 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM shift. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to create compelling visuals and intuitive digital experiences, working closely with clients to understand their needs and deliver professional design solutions. The position offers a competitive monthly salary ranging from PKR 100,000 to 150,000.

Key Responsibilities
- Design high-quality graphics including social media creatives, banners, carousels, presentations, and marketing materials.
- Develop user-friendly interfaces and engaging user experiences for websites, web applications, and mobile apps.
- Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity UI designs.
- Communicate directly with clients to gather project requirements, discuss design concepts, and incorporate feedback.
- Present design ideas clearly and professionally while managing client revisions and expectations.
- Maintain consistent branding, typography, color schemes, and visual hierarchy across all deliverables.
- Collaborate with developers, project managers, and marketing teams to ensure accurate and timely implementation of designs.
- Ensure responsive layouts and usability across desktop, tablet, and mobile platforms.
- Manage multiple projects efficiently, meeting deadlines without compromising quality.

Required Qualifications
- 2 to 4 years of professional experience in graphic design, UI/UX design, or a combined design role.
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator; familiarity with Canva Pro is an advantage.
- Strong understanding of UI/UX principles, including wireframing, prototyping, responsive design, and user-centered design.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage directly with clients and understand their business needs.
- Confidence in presenting design concepts, explaining creative decisions, and integrating client feedback.
- Exceptional attention to detail in typography, color consistency, layout, usability, and visual hierarchy.
- Ability to manage multiple projects independently and deliver high-quality work within deadlines.
- Experience working with international clients, especially those based in the US, is highly desirable.
- A professional portfolio showcasing graphic design and UI/UX projects is mandatory for consideration.
