Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver engaging online lessons covering GRE and GMAT quantitative, verbal, and analytical writing sections using Tutoria’s curriculum and materials.
- Plan classes effectively, explain key concepts clearly, and demonstrate problem-solving strategies tailored to standardized test formats.
- Assign, review, and provide individualized feedback on practice work to help students improve their skills.
- Track student progress through diagnostic assessments and adapt teaching methods to address learning gaps.
- Collaborate with colleagues on curriculum development and contribute to enhancing exam-preparation resources.
- Participate in workshops or information sessions aimed at prospective students, supporting outreach and engagement efforts.
Required Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of GRE and GMAT content areas, including quantitative reasoning, verbal reasoning, and analytical writing.
- Proven experience in teaching, coaching, or tutoring, preferably within test preparation or higher education settings.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and patiently.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills, along with familiarity with standardized test strategies and time management techniques.
- Ability to develop structured lesson plans, adapt instruction to diverse learning styles, and use data to monitor and enhance student progress.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher, ideally in quantitative, business, education, or language-related fields.
- High personal scores on GRE and/or GMAT exams are considered a strong advantage.
- Willingness and ability to work in an on-site classroom environment in Lahore, demonstrating a collaborative and student-centered approach.
