GRO and Receptionist (Female)

Hotel Crown Inn Karachi Saddar, located next to Sindh High Court, is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team as Guest Relations Officers. This opportunity is open exclusively to female candidates, including fresh interns who are eager to start their careers in the hospitality industry. The role involves interacting with guests to ensure a welcoming and pleasant experience throughout their stay. Candidates will be responsible for addressing guest inquiries, managing complaints, and providing detailed information about the hotel’s facilities and services.

Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests warmly and professionally upon arrival.
- Review arrival lists to prepare for guest arrivals and ensure a smooth check-in process.
- Attend to special guests, including VIPs, and respond promptly to their inquiries.
- Prepare welcome folders containing relevant information such as room service menus and local area descriptions.
- Provide guests with information about hotel amenities, nearby attractions, and promote available services.
- Anticipate guest needs and build positive rapport to enhance their overall experience.
- Assist guests with various tasks, including confirming travel arrangements and taking messages.
- Address and resolve customer complaints effectively, escalating issues to the Guest Relations Manager when necessary.
- Maintain daily records by logging relevant information in the guest relations logbook.
- Ensure compliance with health and quality standards to maintain a safe and comfortable environment for guests.

Required Qualifications:
- Female candidates only; fresh interns are encouraged to apply.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with guests professionally.
- Ability to handle customer complaints with patience and tact.
- Basic organizational skills to manage arrival lists and prepare guest materials.
- Willingness to work in person at the hotel location.
