Indigo is seeking an experienced Group Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead the financial strategy and oversight for its diverse business portfolio, which includes Indigo Heights Hotel (a 4-star hospitality establishment), Indigo Developers (real estate development and sales), and Indigo Developers Pvt Ltd (specializing in government construction tenders). This senior leadership position reports directly to the Group’s top management and plays a critical role in driving financial discipline, supporting growth initiatives, and guiding strategic decision-making across all three business units. The role is based in Lahore and offers a market-competitive salary commensurate with experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the overall financial strategy, planning, and governance across the hotel, real estate, and government tender businesses.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial reporting for all group entities to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Provide strategic financial advice to the CEO regarding investments, expansion plans, and other key business decisions.
- Establish and maintain robust internal controls, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and effective risk management across diverse operations.
- Manage relationships with banks, financial institutions, auditors, and regulatory authorities to support the group’s financial health and compliance.
- Supervise costing, pricing, and profitability analysis specifically for real estate projects and government tenders to maximize returns.
- Mentor and lead finance teams across all business units, fostering professional development and ensuring high performance.
Required Qualifications
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with a minimum of 15 years of progressive finance leadership experience.
- At least 5 years in a CFO or senior finance leadership role, demonstrating strong capabilities in managing complex financial functions.
- Proven experience managing finance operations across multiple and diverse business entities.
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards, taxation, and corporate compliance within Pakistan.
