Growth Associate

We are seeking a motivated and analytical Growth Associate to join our team at our Gulberg III, Lahore office. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or individuals with up to one year of experience who have a keen interest in mobile applications, digital marketing, market research, and the gaming industry. The Growth Associate will work across various aspects of mobile game growth, including market research, competitor analysis, app store optimization, user acquisition, and growth marketing. The position requires curiosity, creativity, and strong analytical skills to support initiatives that enhance game visibility, attract new users, and drive overall growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct market research to identify industry trends, market opportunities, audience preferences, and emerging developments within the mobile gaming sector.
- Analyze competitor games by examining their features, marketing strategies, positioning, performance, and growth tactics.
- Identify opportunities to improve game visibility and discoverability on mobile app marketplaces.
- Research relevant keywords, search trends, game titles, descriptions, and metadata to support app store optimization and organic growth.
- Assist in planning and executing user acquisition strategies across various digital channels to attract new users.
- Analyze audience behavior, market trends, and campaign performance to uncover areas for improvement.
- Monitor competitor marketing activities, promotional campaigns, and user acquisition methods.
- Research potential target audiences, advertising platforms, and market segments to optimize game promotion efforts.
- Support growth marketing initiatives by conducting campaign research and experimentation aimed at improving user acquisition and engagement.
- Perform competitor benchmarking and prepare detailed research reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
- Track relevant performance metrics and market developments to identify new growth opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to support game publishing, marketing, and overall growth strategies.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Media Sciences, Economics, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates or candidates with up to one year of relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Confident personality with the ability to communicate and present ideas effectively.
