Growth & Hype Specialist (Sales + Community)

Vanguard Arena, located in F-10 Markaz, Islamabad, is seeking a dynamic Growth & Hype Specialist to join their team on a full-time basis. This role blends sales and marketing responsibilities, focusing on generating local excitement, creating engaging content, converting inquiries into active gym members, and nurturing strong relationships within the fitness community. The ideal candidate is passionate about fitness culture, possesses excellent communication skills, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Compensation includes a competitive base salary plus performance bonuses, with pay ranging from Rs35,000 to Rs100,000 per month. The position offers a hybrid work setup based in Islamabad.

Key Responsibilities

- Content & Social Media: Produce high-energy, authentic gym content such as Reels, stories, and spotlights. Manage active social media engagement on platforms like Instagram and WhatsApp to maintain a vibrant online presence.

- Lead Generation & Marketing: Assist with local marketing campaigns, community events, and seasonal promotions to drive consistent inbound leads and increase walk-in traffic.

- Sales & Onboarding: Conduct facility tours, assess prospective members’ fitness goals, and recommend appropriate membership plans or specialized training programs.

- Pipeline Management: Maintain organized records of inquiries, efficiently manage follow-ups, and track leads using the company’s CRM system.

- Community Retention: Engage with current members on the gym floor, build rapport, and contribute to member satisfaction and retention efforts.

Required Qualifications

- Experience: 1 to 3 years in retail sales, community management, marketing, or hospitality. Experience in the fitness industry is advantageous but not mandatory.

- Content Creation Skills: Proficient in capturing video content using smartphones and editing with tools like CapCut or InShot. Basic graphic design skills using Canva are also required.

- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Urdu, coupled with excellent interpersonal abilities.

- Mindset: Proactive, organized, adaptable, and genuinely passionate about fitness and personal development.

- Education: Bachelor’s degree is required.

- Language: Proficiency in English is mandatory.

- Location: Must be based in Islamabad with the ability to work in a hybrid remote setup.
