Growth Product Associate

ImagineArt, a fast-growing GenAI company specializing in advanced image generation technology with a global user base, is looking for a Growth Product Associate to join its Product & Growth team on-site in Islamabad. This full-time position offers a unique chance to collaborate closely with senior product and growth leaders to drive user acquisition, activation, and retention through data-driven experiments and organic social media strategies. Key Responsibilities
Identify growth opportunities by analyzing user behavior, customer feedback, social trends, and competitor activities to enhance acquisition, activation, engagement, and retention. Design and execute growth experiments by developing hypotheses, defining success metrics, launching tests, and recommending whether to scale or adjust initiatives. Support organic user acquisition by experimenting with content formats, messaging, creator collaborations, and distribution strategies across platforms such as TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, X, LinkedIn, and emerging channels. Improve the user journey by pinpointing friction points in landing pages, signup flows, onboarding, and feature discovery, collaborating with cross-functional teams to boost conversion rates and user satisfaction. Translate insights into actionable product tasks by writing clear briefs, user stories, and acceptance criteria for growth initiatives. Coordinate with Product, Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Creative teams to take experiments from concept to launch. Maintain experiment trackers and dashboards, monitor key acquisition and product metrics, and communicate findings with clear next steps. Develop repeatable growth loops by linking content, creators, sharing, referrals, and product experiences to establish sustainable growth channels. Leverage AI and automation tools to speed up research, analysis, reporting, and experimentation. Document learnings from experiments to support continuous team improvement and knowledge sharing.

Required Qualifications
0–2 years of relevant experience in product management, growth, analytics, marketing, or related fields; strong internships, university projects, or independently built products are also valued. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Economics, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience. Basic understanding of product funnels, including user acquisition, activation, conversion, and retention. Familiarity with major social media platforms and curiosity about how content drives user engagement and action. Proficiency in working with spreadsheets and data to support decision-making. Ability to break down ambiguous problems into practical steps and follow through effectively. Strong written communication skills to clearly explain ideas, requirements, and findings. Willingness to ship products, gather feedback, and iterate for improvement. Interest in generative AI, consumer technology, and creative tools. Availability to work full-time on-site at NSTP, Islamabad.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Preferred skills include experience with product analytics tools such as Mixpanel, Amplitude, GA4, or PostHog; basic SQL or scripting knowledge; familiarity with A/B testing, event tracking, and cohort analysis; and experience growing social channels, newsletters, communities, or digital products. Exposure to AI, SaaS, or consumer technology products, as well as experience with creator partnerships, referral programs, or community-led growth, is advantageous. A portfolio showcasing experiments, metrics, and learnings is a plus.
