Guest Relations Officer – Brand & Client Relations

Al Ghafoor Group, a reputable name in the real estate industry, is seeking a confident and professional Guest Relations Officer (GRO) to join their team in North Nazimabad / North Karachi, Karachi. This full-time role is client-facing and involves welcoming and assisting visitors, presenting real estate projects, and representing the brand across various platforms. The ideal candidate will be comfortable engaging with clients, delivering project information clearly, and participating in marketing activities, including appearing on camera for promotional content.

Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist clients and visitors in a professional manner at the office.
- Communicate confidently and courteously with clients and guests.
- Explain real estate projects, facilities, payment plans, and other relevant details to prospective clients.
- Support the sales and marketing teams during client meetings, events, exhibitions, and promotional activities.
- Participate in company photo and video shoots, reels, and other marketing content as required.
- Represent the company and its projects professionally across client-facing and digital platforms.
- Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
- Maintain a high standard of communication, appearance, and conduct at all times.

Required Qualifications
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confidence and ease in client-facing interactions.
- Comfortable appearing on camera and participating naturally in videos and promotional content.
- Professional presentation with appropriate workplace attire.
- Proficient in spoken English and Urdu.
- Positive, confident personality with a professional attitude.
- Ability to clearly communicate information and engage effectively with diverse clients.
- Previous experience in real estate, guest relations, customer service, sales, hospitality, media/content creation, or a similar client-facing role is advantageous.
