Guidewire PC Senior

As a Technical Lead in the Technology Consulting team, you will be instrumental in delivering Guidewire implementation projects for clients across the globe. This position requires leading technical streams, mentoring team members, and collaborating closely with onsite coordinators and client representatives to ensure projects are executed successfully and meet quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead Guidewire implementation projects by managing various technical aspects and ensuring high-quality delivery.
- Communicate effectively with onsite coordinators and customer representatives to align project goals and progress.
- Plan, monitor, and manage project deliverables to meet deadlines and client expectations.
- Mentor and guide team members to enhance their skills and ensure successful task execution.
- Provide regular status updates to the Manager and onsite coordinators to maintain transparency and alignment.
- Travel to client locations as required to support project needs.
- Foster a quality-driven culture within the team and lead by example.
- Manage the performance of direct reports in line with organizational policies.
- Promote teamwork and actively participate in organization-wide people initiatives, including training and mentoring programs.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (BE/BTech) or MCA with 3 to 7 years of relevant industry experience.
- Proven expertise in Guidewire PolicyCenter Configuration.
- Strong knowledge of Property & Casualty Insurance, particularly Commercial Lines such as Commercial Auto, Commercial Property, Workers Compensation, Farm, Commercial Umbrella, Farm Umbrella, and Business Owners.
- Experience with ISO Standard Based Templates (SBT) for Commercial Lines.
- Proficiency in Java 5+, JEE, XML, Web Services (Axis 2), SQL, and ANT.
- Solid skills in PL/SQL, Spring, Hibernate, Castor, and any Enterprise Messaging System.
- In-depth understanding of application servers such as Tomcat, Websphere, or Weblogic.
- Hands-on experience with enterprise system integration, preferably within the insurance domain.
- Strong grasp of software development best practices.
- Excellent business communication and leadership skills.
- Prior client-facing experience is essential.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
