We are a modern housing cooperative based in Pinneberg, currently employing 38 professionals including real estate agents, property managers, engineers, accountants, and neighborhood managers. Together, we manage our own portfolio of 2,181 apartments in the Pinneberg district and also provide services for third-party property management. To strengthen our team, we are seeking a dedicated and personable Real Estate Agent (m/f/d) to join us as soon as possible. This role focuses on customer management and third-party administration, overseeing the commercial management of both our own and external residential properties while providing comprehensive support to members, tenants, and prospective clients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a reliable contact person for our members.
- Independently manage a fixed portfolio of residential properties.
- Handle the rental process from initial inquiries through to contract conclusion.
- Conduct apartment viewings and provide personalized consultation.
- Support tenants through apartment changes and contract terminations with a service-oriented approach.
- Prepare exposés, rental offers, and lease agreements.
- Collaborate closely with colleagues from property management and neighborhood management to ensure quality living conditions.
- Build trust and foster long-term customer relationships.

Required Qualifications:
- Completed training as a Real Estate Agent (m/f/d) or an equivalent qualification.
- Ideally, professional experience in the housing industry.
- Independent, structured, and solution-focused working style.
- Enjoyment in working with people and a strong service orientation.
- Excellent communication skills, team spirit, and a sense of responsibility.
- Proficient in MS Office; experience with WOWIPORT by Dr. Klein is a plus.
- Valid driving license class B.
