Gynecologist

RAHMA Islamic Relief Pakistan is looking for a qualified and compassionate Gynaecologist to join its team at the Mother and Child Health Centre located in Janpur, Rahim Yar Khan. The role involves delivering high-quality maternal and reproductive healthcare services with a focus on improving health outcomes for mothers and children, especially within underserved communities. The ideal candidate will have relevant clinical experience and a strong commitment to community health.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide consultations, diagnosis, and treatment for various gynaecological conditions.
- Deliver comprehensive antenatal and postnatal care to expectant and new mothers.
- Monitor pregnancies closely, identifying high-risk cases that require specialized care or timely referral.
- Offer family planning counselling and reproductive health services to support informed choices.
- Perform gynaecological examinations and clinical procedures within the scope of professional qualifications.
- Promote safe motherhood initiatives, maternal health awareness, and preventive healthcare practices within the community.
- Maintain accurate and confidential patient records and medical documentation.
- Collaborate effectively with healthcare staff to ensure quality patient care and appropriate referrals.
- Adhere to established clinical protocols, infection prevention standards, and medical ethics.
- Support and participate in community-based maternal and child health programs.

Required Qualifications
- MBBS degree from a recognized medical institution.
- Valid registration with the Pakistan Medical and Dental Council (PMDC).
- Relevant postgraduate qualification or specialization in Gynaecology and Obstetrics.
- 2 to 3 years of clinical experience in maternal and reproductive healthcare.
- Strong clinical assessment abilities, excellent communication skills, and a patient-centered approach.
- Demonstrated commitment to working with underserved populations.

Candidates must be willing to relocate to Janpur, Rahim Yar Khan, and work in a community-focused healthcare environment.
