Hair Stylist

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Hair Stylist to join our team and deliver personalized hair styling services that meet each client’s unique preferences. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in haircutting, coloring, and various hair treatments, combined with strong customer service abilities. This is a full-time, on-site role offering a competitive monthly salary.

Key Responsibilities
- Consult with clients to understand their hairstyle goals and suggest appropriate options.
- Execute haircuts, styling, coloring, and chemical treatments with accuracy and care.
- Ensure all tools, equipment, and the workspace are clean and hygienic to maintain a safe environment.
- Advise clients on suitable hair care products based on their hair type and treatment requirements.
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction and encourage repeat visits.

Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience as a Hair Stylist or in a comparable salon position.
- Strong expertise in haircutting techniques, hair styling, coloring, and chemical treatments.
- Good knowledge of various hair types and textures, with the ability to recommend effective treatments.
- Familiarity with hair care products and their proper application.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail and awareness of current hair trends.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced salon environment.
