HEAD OF AUDIT (HOD – AUDIT DEPARTMENT

Royal Solar Energy (Pvt.) Ltd. is seeking a highly experienced and results-driven professional to lead its Audit Department based in Multan. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in internal audit and risk management, with proven leadership skills to manage and develop the audit team effectively. This full-time position offers a competitive market salary and requires a candidate with 5 to 8 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee the Internal Audit Department, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
- Develop and implement annual audit plans and detailed audit programs aligned with company objectives.
- Review financial, operational, and compliance processes to identify risks and control weaknesses.
- Detect process gaps and recommend improvements to strengthen internal controls.
- Prepare comprehensive audit reports and present findings clearly to senior management.
- Monitor corrective actions and ensure timely follow-up on audit observations.
- Conduct risk assessments and provide recommendations for process enhancements.
- Collaborate closely with Finance, Operations, HR, and other departments to ensure audit coverage.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the audit team to build capacity and maintain high performance.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and relevant regulatory requirements.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
- 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in audit, preferably internal audit.
- Strong knowledge of internal audit methodologies, risk management, and internal control frameworks.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with accounting or ERP systems.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities with strong communication and decision-making skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Professional certifications such as CA, ACCA, CMA, CIA, or equivalent will be considered an advantage.

This role requires the candidate to work on-site in Multan.
