The Head of Construction will be responsible for leading and managing all construction activities across the client’s projects. This full-time, on-site position requires overseeing the entire project lifecycle—from initial planning through to completion—ensuring projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and meet established quality and safety standards. The role involves supervising project teams and contractors, coordinating with both internal departments and external partners, managing schedules and resources, and addressing operational challenges on site.

Key Responsibilities

- Strong project management and project control skills to plan, monitor, and deliver projects within defined scope, time, and quality parameters.
- Proven ability in budgeting and cost control, with experience managing project financials effectively.
- Knowledge of procurement procedures, supplier management, and contract administration related to construction materials and services.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related discipline. Advanced degrees or professional certifications such as PMP are advantageous.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities in managing diverse construction teams and external contractors.
- Familiarity with local building codes, safety standards, and regulatory requirements specific to Lahore and the surrounding region.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills suited for managing complex and fast-paced projects.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including reporting, negotiation, and conflict resolution.
