Head of Data Analytics (SVP)

Fulcrum Pvt. Ltd. is recruiting on behalf of a leading client in the banking sector for the position of Head of Data Analytics (SVP) based in Karachi. This senior leadership role offers a competitive monthly salary ranging from PKR 900,000 to 1,100,000. The ideal candidate will bring over 10 years of experience in data analytics or data science, preferably within banking or financial services. A strong educational background with a bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline is required.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead comprehensive data analysis initiatives across core banking systems, digital channels, payments, and customer onboarding platforms.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, key performance indicators (KPIs), management reports, and performance scorecards utilizing business intelligence (BI) and artificial intelligence (AI) tools.
- Perform trend analysis, variance assessments, and root-cause investigations to uncover business opportunities and mitigate risks.
- Drive customer analytics efforts including segmentation, product performance evaluation, and analysis of digital channel usage.
- Collaborate closely with business units, finance, and IT teams to enhance reporting processes and foster data-driven decision-making across the organization.
- Ensure the accuracy, quality, governance, and compliance of data in alignment with information security standards.
