The Head of Delivery - SI, Cybersecurity & Managed Services is responsible for the end-to-end technical delivery of Jazz Enterprise Solutions' systems integration, cybersecurity, and managed services portfolio. This role serves enterprise, financial services, and public sector customers across Pakistan, ensuring solution integrity, delivery quality, and customer acceptance for network, data centre, and security infrastructure projects. It combines senior technical authority with leadership responsibilities, including building a certified, multi-vendor delivery practice and establishing managed services capabilities to support customers post-implementation. Reporting directly to the Head of Delivery & Services, this position oversees nationwide delivery operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Own customer-facing systems integration (SI), cybersecurity, and managed services delivery, including managed-services design, SLA frameworks, Tier 3 and Tier 4 technical support, and customer service reviews.
- Act as the senior technical authority for all SI engagements, ensuring solution design validation, technical sign-off, and delivery outcomes across scope, schedule, quality, risk, and revenue recognition.
- Collaborate with Solutions Engineering at the design stage to validate technical feasibility, resource availability, and effort estimation before commercial commitments.
- Lead resolution of complex technical escalations and represent Jazz in critical customer interventions.
- Manage delivery of GPU-capable compute/storage and air-gapped backup solutions where applicable.
- Oversee delivery cost, engineer utilization, partner professional services spend, penalty risk, and margin across the portfolio.
- Own cybersecurity and compliance delivery, including SecOps engagements such as SIEM, SOAR, VAPT, IAM/PAM, micro-segmentation, and next-generation security infrastructure.
- Govern security certifications and Enterprise GRC compliance (ISO 27001, PCI-DSS, State Bank of Pakistan regulations) for platforms and customer engagements.
- Design and deliver managed services for multi-year SI and cybersecurity contracts, managing escalation processes and service assurance in coordination with Technical Support & Service Assurance teams.
- Build and develop the SI, cybersecurity, and infrastructure delivery practice by recruiting, mentoring, and retaining engineers; defining skills matrices and certification roadmaps aligned with OEM partner tiers.
- Represent delivery at senior levels during escalations, steering committees, and acceptance milestones.
- Manage relationships with OEMs, partners, and subcontractors, ensuring smooth coordination with Delivery Excellence, Tech PMO, and Delivery Supply Chain functions.
- Provide leadership reporting on delivery performance metrics including milestones, quality, certification, SLA compliance, utilization, cost, and resource coverage.
- Achieve key milestones within the first 12 months, including closing the approved hiring plan, implementing a written operating model, establishing a managed-services catalogue and SLA pack, and launching a certification roadmap.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, or related discipline; Master’s degree preferred.
- Over 15 years of experience in enterprise technology delivery, with at least 5 years leading multi-disciplinary technical teams of 15+ engineers across multiple technology domains.
- Proven track record of building and developing technical teams, including hiring senior specialists during live delivery and growing engineers into senior roles.
- Demonstrated success delivering complex, multi-vendor systems integration programs through to formal customer acceptance.
- Experience managing managed services or post-implementation support governed by contractual SLAs, including accountability for penalty or liquidated damages risk.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits

- Deep hands-on expertise in enterprise networking, data centre infrastructure, compute, storage, backup, and network security sufficient to provide technical authority over senior engineers.
- Expert-level certifications such as CCIE, HCIE, or equivalent; CISSP or similar security credentials are advantageous.
- Knowledge of virtualization, software-defined data centres, SDN/SD-WAN architectures, GPU-capable infrastructure, and air-gapped backup solutions.
- Familiarity with GRC frameworks and security certifications relevant to regulated customers, including ISO 27001, PCI-DSS, and State Bank of Pakistan regulations.
- Project or service management certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, ITIL) are a plus.
- Strong understanding of Pakistan’s enterprise technology market, including OEM and distributor ecosystems, procurement practices, and competitive landscape.
- Experience delivering technology solutions in financial services (banks, insurance, fintech) and public sector environments.
- Established relationships with OEMs and channel partners in Pakistan.
- Collaborative leadership style with excellent communication skills and the ability to engage at CxO level.
- Sound commercial judgment related to effort estimation, resourcing, utilization, delivery margin, and cost management.
- Willingness to travel nationwide and thrive in a fast-paced environment balancing live delivery with capability building.
