We are seeking an experienced E-Commerce Business Manager to lead and optimize the online sales performance for a dynamic retail brand. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, profitability, and operational excellence across multiple digital platforms. This role requires a strong commercial mindset, hands-on management of e-commerce operations, and the ability to collaborate effectively across various departments to ensure seamless online execution and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
E-Commerce Business Management:
Take full ownership of online sales performance, ensuring targets for revenue, growth, and profitability are met. Monitor trading metrics daily, weekly, and monthly across platforms. Drive demand generation through strategic campaigns, product launches, and marketplace promotions. Identify areas of underperformance, stock risks, and growth opportunities, implementing corrective actions promptly. Lead profitability initiatives using data-driven marketing and platform solutions.
Digital Merchandising and Assortment Execution:
Ensure accuracy and timeliness of product listings, images, pricing, descriptions, and stock availability. Collaborate with Supply Chain and Merchandising teams to prioritize SKUs suitable for online channels and maintain appropriate assortment depth. Manage markdowns, clearance, and liquidation sales via digital platforms. Optimize category visibility and product placement to maximize sell-through rates.
Order Fulfillment and Operations Coordination:
Oversee the entire order lifecycle from purchase to delivery. Coordinate with Warehouse and courier partners to guarantee timely dispatch and delivery. Monitor cancellations, delays, and backlogs, driving swift resolution. Continuously improve fulfillment speed, reliability, and cost efficiency.
Returns, Claims, and Customer Experience:
Manage workflows related to returns, refunds, exchanges, and claims. Work closely with Warehouse and Finance to reconcile damaged or defective products. Strive to reduce turnaround times for customer resolutions. Utilize customer feedback and complaints to enhance service quality and operational processes.
Platform and Marketplace Management:
Manage performance across the company’s website, mobile apps, and marketplace partners. Liaise with IT and digital partners to maintain platform uptime, functionality, and reporting accuracy. Ensure compliance with marketplace policies, maintain product feed integrity, pricing accuracy, and execute promotions correctly.
Budget and Performance Management:
Oversee e-commerce operating budgets, including marketing spend, marketplace fees, logistics, and technology costs. Track return on investment for campaigns, promotions, and platform activities. Identify cost inefficiencies and revenue opportunities, providing actionable recommendations to senior leadership.
Cross-Functional Alignment:
Lead initiatives to automate systems and optimize business processes for improved operational efficiency. Serve as the central point of accountability for online execution across Supply Chain, Marketing, Warehouse, Finance, and IT departments. Align promotional calendars with inventory availability and fulfillment capabilities. Ensure all product launches, sales events, and campaigns are operationally feasible.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, or a related field is required. An MBA is preferred.
Technical and Professional Skills:
- Deep understanding of online trading dynamics, digital merchandising, and conversion drivers
- Proven experience managing fulfillment KPIs, courier performance, and returns processes
- Strong budget management and commercial analysis capabilities
- Expertise in platform, marketplace, and digital operations management
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and reporting/dashboard tools

Experience

This is a permanent position based at the company’s Head Office in Lahore. Only one position is available. The closing date for applications is October 5, 2026. The role falls within the E-Commerce department.
