Fulcrum Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a seasoned professional to join its client in the banking industry as the Head of Employee Banking. This senior leadership role, based in Karachi, requires a dynamic individual with over 10 years of experience to spearhead the development and execution of the employee banking strategy. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, business development, or employee banking within the banking sector and will be responsible for driving customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth through strategic employer partnerships. This position offers a competitive salary range of PKR 600,000 to 800,000 per month and reports at the Vice President level.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement the overall Employee Banking strategy to align with business goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key employers and strategic partners to expand the employer network.
- Lead initiatives to drive customer acquisition, increase engagement, and maximize revenue growth within the employee banking segment.
- Oversee employer onboarding processes, including conducting due diligence and managing contract negotiations.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams such as Product, Marketing, Risk, Technology, and Partnerships to ensure seamless execution of strategies.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), return on investment (ROI), and the performance of the employer portfolio to inform decision-making.
- Ensure all activities comply with relevant regulatory requirements and internal policies to mitigate risks.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field is essential; an MBA is preferred.
- A minimum of 10 years of professional experience in Sales, Business Development, or Employee Banking, ideally within the banking sector.
- Demonstrated success in managing large-scale employer partnerships and driving business growth.
- Strong knowledge of digital banking platforms, payment systems, APIs, and fintech business models.
- Excellent negotiation skills coupled with effective communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Proven commercial acumen with the ability to think strategically and execute plans effectively.
