The Head of Employee Banking role based in Karachi offers an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional with over 10 years of experience to lead and expand the employee banking segment. This position is responsible for developing and executing strategic initiatives that drive customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth within the employee banking portfolio. The successful candidate will work closely with internal teams and external partners to build strong employer relationships, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards while delivering measurable business results. This is a full-time, in-person role with a competitive monthly salary range of PKR 600,000 to 800,000.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement the overall Employee Banking strategy to achieve business objectives.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key employers and strategic partners.
- Drive customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth through innovative banking solutions.
- Lead employer onboarding processes, including due diligence and contract negotiations.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams such as Product, Marketing, Risk, Technology, and Partnerships to align goals and deliverables.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), return on investment (ROI), and the overall performance of the employer portfolio.
- Ensure strict adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies to mitigate risks.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field; an MBA is preferred.
- A minimum of 10 years’ experience in Sales, Business Development, or Employee Banking, ideally within the banking sector.
- Demonstrated success in managing large-scale employer partnerships and driving business growth.
- Strong knowledge of digital banking platforms, payment systems, APIs, and fintech business models.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven commercial acumen with the ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions.
