People Perfect is seeking a seasoned Head of HR & Administration for a well-established edible gelatin manufacturing company located in Lahore. This leadership role requires an experienced, hands-on HR professional to oversee the HR and Administration functions at the factory. The successful candidate will drive HR transformation initiatives, enhance workforce controls, and ensure full compliance with statutory and labor laws across a large factory workforce. This is a full-time, factory-based position at the manufacturing facility in Shahdara, Lahore.

Key Responsibilities:
- HR Transformation & Organizational Development: Lead workforce planning and manpower optimization efforts. Develop and implement a company-wide Job Description and KPI framework alongside performance management systems. Spearhead HRMS implementation and the digitalization of HR processes.
- Core HR Operations & Workforce Controls: Manage recruitment and onboarding processes for roles ranging from operational to executive levels. Oversee attendance, leave management, absenteeism, and disciplinary actions. Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary procedures. Manage contractor and daily-wage workforce effectively.
- Statutory & Labour Compliance: Collaborate with the Legal Department to manage EOBI, PESSI, and other labor law compliance matters. Develop and maintain HR policies, standard operating procedures, and internal controls. Ensure accurate maintenance of employee records and documentation.
- Additional Responsibilities: Drive training, development, employee engagement, and retention initiatives. Oversee factory administration and related workforce matters. Provide HR reporting and workforce analytics to management. Perform any additional duties as assigned by senior management.

Required Qualifications:
- Graduation with an MBA (Executive) and CHRP certification.
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in HR operations, payroll coordination, compliance, and employee relations.
- Proven experience working in a public listed company is mandatory.
- Strong background in manufacturing industry HR, preferably with factory-based workforce management in multinational environments.
- Experience in accounts and finance including accounting, income and sales tax, EOBI, social security, grievance handling, enquiry officer responsibilities, and industrial relations.
- Competence in managing contractors and external service vendors.

Technical Skills:
- Expertise in HR operations and payroll coordination including attendance, overtime, and deductions.
- In-depth knowledge of statutory compliance such as EOBI, social security (PESSI), death claims, and final settlements.
- Skilled in recruitment, onboarding, employee records management, and employee relations including grievances and disciplinary matters.
- Experience in contractor and vendor management.
- Familiarity with financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash-flow management.
- Understanding of accounting and internal controls, including SAP FAR, fixed assets, audits, and tax matters.
- Proficient in MS Office, email communication, and HR data reporting.
