Head of HR

Royal Solar Energy (Pvt.) Ltd. is looking for a seasoned and strategic Head of Human Resources to lead and manage the company’s HR operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing HR policies that align with the organization’s business goals. This role demands extensive experience in talent acquisition, employee relations, payroll management, performance evaluation, and compliance with labor laws. Strong leadership abilities and the capacity to oversee the entire HR function are essential to drive organizational growth and maintain a productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and oversee all human resources operations and strategic initiatives.
- Develop, implement, and regularly update HR policies and procedures to ensure alignment with company objectives.
- Manage recruitment processes, including talent acquisition, candidate selection, and onboarding.
- Administer payroll, compensation, benefits, and maintain accurate employee records.
- Ensure full compliance with Pakistan’s labor laws and statutory regulations.
- Address employee relations issues, handle grievances, disciplinary actions, and resolve conflicts effectively.
- Design and implement performance appraisal systems and employee development programs.
- Lead workforce planning efforts, focusing on employee retention and succession planning.
- Monitor attendance, leave management, HR documentation, and generate necessary reports.
- Provide expert advice to senior management on workforce planning, organizational development, and other HR-related matters.
- Supervise and mentor the HR team to ensure smooth and efficient departmental operations.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- A minimum of 10 years of relevant HR experience, including significant time spent in senior HR management roles.
- Comprehensive knowledge of HR policies, recruitment, payroll, employee relations, and labor laws specific to Pakistan.
- Proven track record in developing and executing HR strategies and procedures.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to independently manage multiple HR functions while collaborating closely with senior leadership.
