We are seeking a dynamic and self-driven leader to head our International Skills Academy. Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end operations of the International Skills Academy, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.
- Develop and design industry-focused programs and curricula that meet current and future market demands.
- Establish and strengthen strategic partnerships with key industry players and stakeholders to enhance the academy’s offerings and reach.
- Drive enrolment growth and contribute to overall business development efforts to expand the academy’s footprint.
- Create and implement initiatives that equip learners with industry-ready and globally relevant skills.
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in a leadership or management role within the education or skills development sector.
- Background in Skills Development, Vocational or Technical Education, Corporate Training, or Professional Education.
- Proven experience in team leadership and managing educational institutions or similar organizations.
- Strong capabilities in business development, managing industry partnerships, and stakeholder engagement.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently with an energetic, innovative, and target-oriented approach.
