We are seeking a seasoned and strategic Head of Marketing to lead our marketing department, drive brand growth, and oversee the execution of integrated marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, brand strategy, and campaign management, with a proven track record of managing teams and delivering measurable results. This role requires a dynamic leader who can develop and implement innovative marketing strategies that enhance brand positioning and generate leads effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the marketing team to ensure alignment with company goals and objectives.
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies across multiple platforms to drive brand awareness and growth.
- Oversee digital marketing campaigns, including performance marketing, content strategy, and lead generation efforts.
- Manage marketing budgets efficiently, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate marketing initiatives with sales and product development.
- Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to inform decision-making and improve campaign effectiveness.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 6 to 7 years of experience in marketing, preferably in a Marketing Manager or senior leadership role.
- Demonstrated expertise in digital marketing, brand strategy, campaign management, and lead generation.
- Proven ability to manage marketing teams, budgets, and multi-channel campaigns successfully.
- Strong knowledge of performance marketing, content development, and brand positioning.
