Based in Karachi, this on-site role requires a Marketing Lead with 4 to 7 years of experience to take full ownership of the company’s marketing function. The successful candidate will be both strategic and hands-on, driving brand visibility, demand generation, and overall marketing growth. This position involves managing a wide range of marketing activities including campaigns, content creation, social media, SEO, email marketing, website management, webinars, lead generation, and team leadership. Collaboration with Sales, Partnerships, and senior leadership is essential to develop initiatives that enhance brand strength, generate qualified leads, and support business expansion.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and own the overall marketing strategy, including quarterly plans, channel priorities, and budget management.
- Design and execute integrated B2B campaigns across multiple channels such as content, social media, email, SEO, webinars, and paid advertising.
- Lead the content and social media calendar, managing themes, captions, publishing schedules, platform-specific adaptations, and campaign messaging.
- Oversee daily community engagement by responding to comments, messages, mentions, and conducting social listening to maintain timely interactions.
- Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads, handling targeting, budgeting, conversion tracking, testing, and reporting.
- Manage content development, SEO efforts, email marketing, lead nurturing, website enhancements, webinars, and lead generation initiatives.
- Create clear briefs and maintain quality standards for marketing and creative assets, coordinating with designers, video editors, writers, and other resources as needed.
- Review and approve marketing and social media content prior to publication, ensuring consistency in brand positioning, tone, quality, and suitability for each platform.
- Collaborate with Sales and Partnerships teams to capture, qualify, hand over, and track marketing-generated leads effectively.
- Monitor channel performance, report on key performance indicators (KPIs), explore new opportunities, and adjust campaigns and resource allocation based on data-driven insights.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related discipline.
- 4 to 7 years of practical marketing experience, ideally within B2B technology sectors such as SaaS, software, AI, or IT services.
- Proven expertise in social media management, content creation, community engagement, paid advertising, SEO, email marketing, and lead generation.
- Strong skills in social copywriting, analytics, organization, and project management.
- Hands-on experience managing Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads campaigns.
- Excellent visual judgment with the ability to brief and critically review creative work.
- Ability to independently manage multiple priorities and coordinate marketing resources efficiently.
