Head of Marketing

Elevate Holdings (Pvt) Limited is seeking an experienced and visionary Head of Marketing to lead its global marketing strategy, brand positioning, and omnichannel lead generation initiatives. Reporting directly to the CEO, this role carries full accountability for establishing Elevate Holdings as Pakistan’s premier luxury real estate developer. The successful candidate will drive both international and domestic sales growth for the flagship project, The Nathia Reserve, by implementing innovative marketing campaigns and fostering strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

Global Omnichannel Strategy & Market Expansion: Develop and execute data-driven marketing campaigns targeting domestic luxury buyers and Overseas Pakistani investors in key international markets such as the UK, UAE/GCC, and North America. Create localized acquisition funnels tailored to high-net-worth expatriate demographics to maximize reach and engagement.

In-House Team & External Agency Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage the in-house creative production team, including scriptwriters, video editors, and social media managers. Oversee external PR, media placement, and creative agencies to ensure seamless and timely execution of brand campaigns.

Luxury Brand Stewardship & Digital Assets: Safeguard and enhance the brand equity of The Nathia Reserve across all visual touchpoints, including TV commercials, print materials, roll-up displays, and official digital channels. Enforce strict adherence to brand visual and narrative guidelines across all marketing outputs.

HNWI Event Activations & Strategic Partnerships: Plan and execute high-impact events such as C-suite soft launches, luxury investor dinners, CEO summit activations, overseas real estate expos, and collaborations with high-net-worth networking organizations and professional bodies.

Lead Generation, Conversion Speed SLAs & ROI: Manage performance marketing budgets across digital channels, working closely with the CEO and Head of Sales to optimize lead quality. Ensure lead response times remain under 15 minutes and maximize campaign return on investment.

Required Qualifications

Professional Experience: A minimum of 5 years in progressive marketing leadership roles, preferably within luxury real estate, high-end hospitality, or premium consumer brands.

International Market Exposure: Demonstrated success in designing and executing cross-border campaigns targeting Overseas Pakistani and international investor audiences in markets such as the UK, GCC, or US.

Industry Connectivity & Relationships: Strong network with leading PR agencies, media houses, event organizers, production studios, and high-net-worth individual (HNWI) networking platforms both in Pakistan and key international hubs.

Leadership & Team Management: Proven ability to lead in-house and hybrid media teams, deliver high-quality creative output under tight deadlines, and collaborate effectively with C-suite executives.

Analytical & Budget Mastery: Expertise in digital analytics, attribution modeling, customer acquisition cost (CAC) and lifetime value (LTV) tracking, and multi-channel campaign budget optimization.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits

The position offers a competitive remuneration package comprising a base salary plus performance incentives. The work schedule is Monday to Saturday, from 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM, based at Elevate Holdings’ Head Office in DHA Phase 8, Lahore.
