Head of Master's Program

The Catalyst Group is recruiting a Head of Master’s Program on behalf of Dream 3, a prominent education consultancy based in Lahore, Pakistan. This leadership role involves overseeing postgraduate admissions services and providing expert guidance to students aiming to pursue master’s degrees at top international universities. The ideal candidate will have completed a master’s degree from a reputable university in the US or UK and possess a deep understanding of the international admissions landscape. Combining personal experience with strong leadership, research, and communication skills, the Head of Master’s Program will play a pivotal role in helping students make well-informed academic decisions and successfully navigate the complexities of global postgraduate admissions.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage Dream 3’s master’s admissions counselling services, ensuring students receive high-quality and tailored guidance for studying abroad.
- Provide comprehensive advice on international postgraduate admissions, including university selection, programme requirements, application timelines, and eligibility criteria.
- Assist students in identifying suitable universities and master’s programmes aligned with their academic backgrounds, career goals, and personal preferences.
- Develop and maintain an in-depth understanding of admissions processes across major study destinations such as the UK, USA, Canada, Europe, and other relevant international markets.
- Stay current with changes in university admissions policies, application deadlines, programme offerings, and postgraduate entry requirements.
- Offer personalised counselling and mentorship throughout the application journey, ensuring timely follow-ups and effective management of student applications.

Required Qualifications
- A minimum of 7 years of professional experience in relevant fields; experience in international education or postgraduate admissions is highly advantageous.
- A master’s degree from a reputable international university (essential).
- Thorough knowledge of the entire international master’s admissions process, including university and programme selection, application submission, and final admission decisions.
- Strong research and analytical skills to evaluate university programmes, admissions criteria, and student profiles effectively.
- Excellent command of spoken and written English, complemented by outstanding communication, counselling, and presentation abilities.
- Proven interpersonal skills with a genuine passion for mentoring students and supporting their academic and career aspirations.
- A proactive, organised, and student-focused approach, capable of building trust and guiding students through complex admissions decisions.
