Head of Master's Program

The Catalyst Group is recruiting on behalf of Dream 3, a prominent education consultancy based in Lahore, Pakistan, for the position of Head of Master’s Program. This role involves leading the postgraduate admissions services, assisting students who wish to pursue master’s degrees at top international universities. The ideal candidate will have completed a master’s degree from a reputable university in the US or UK and possess a deep understanding of the international admissions landscape. Combining personal experience with strong leadership, research, and communication skills, the Head of Master’s Program will play a vital role in guiding students to make well-informed academic decisions.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee Dream 3’s master’s admissions counseling services, ensuring students receive high-quality guidance for studying abroad.
- Provide detailed advice on international postgraduate admissions, covering university selection, program requirements, application timelines, and eligibility criteria.
- Assist students in identifying suitable universities and master’s programs aligned with their academic backgrounds, career goals, and personal preferences.
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of admissions processes across major study destinations such as the UK, USA, Canada, Europe, and other relevant international markets.
- Stay current with university admissions policies, application deadlines, program offerings, and updates to postgraduate entry requirements.
- Offer personalized counseling and mentorship throughout the application journey, ensuring timely follow-ups and effective management of applications.

Required Qualifications
- A minimum of 7 years of professional experience in any relevant industry; experience in international education or postgraduate admissions is highly advantageous.
- A master’s degree from a reputable international university is essential.
- Thorough knowledge of the entire international master’s admissions process, including university and program selection, application submission, and final admission decisions.
- Strong research and analytical skills to evaluate university programs, admissions criteria, and student profiles effectively.
- Excellent command of spoken and written English, with outstanding communication, counseling, and presentation abilities.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with a genuine passion for mentoring students and supporting their academic and career goals.
- A proactive, organized, and student-focused approach, capable of building trust and guiding students through complex admissions decisions.
