- Lead and coordinate teams across sales, customs clearance, outdoor operations, and other relevant departments. Set daily priorities, assign responsibilities, and monitor follow-ups on commitments.

- Oversee quotations, operational handovers, and delivery commitments to ensure fulfillment. Escalate significant customer risks promptly to senior management.
- Document essential standard operating procedures and ensure staff compliance with internal applications and record-keeping standards.
- Identify recurring bottlenecks in processes and implement corrective actions. Develop processes that enable routine work continuity during employee absences.
- Submit concise daily operations reports tracking shipment delays, unresolved issues, customer complaints, and service performance.
- Provide weekly reports on operational KPIs, team performance, and improvement initiatives.

- Exercise decision-making authority over routine workflow management, staff task allocation, follow-ups, and operational problem-solving within approved policies and budgets.
- Note that pricing approvals, payments, financial controls, tax and customs compliance decisions, and material commercial commitments remain with designated authorized personnel.
