Key Responsibilities

- Oversee daily operations across all cafe outlets to ensure efficiency, quality, and adherence to company standards.
- Manage and optimize operational processes, coordinating with cross-functional teams to support rapid business growth.
- Monitor performance metrics and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive data-informed decision-making.
- Manage budgets and allocate resources effectively to maintain cost control and support profitability.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives across all product lines and cafe locations to enhance operational excellence.
- Develop and mentor operational teams, establishing clear workflows and fostering a culture of accountability and high performance.
- Collaborate closely with senior leadership on strategic planning, capacity expansion, and initiatives to improve customer experience.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards across all operational areas.

Required Qualifications

- Proven experience in operations management, particularly in process optimization and oversight of multi-site or multi-product environments.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, track KPIs, and make evidence-based operational decisions.
- Demonstrated team management capabilities, including leadership, coaching, and performance management of diverse teams.
- Excellent communication skills for effective coordination with internal stakeholders, vendors, and partners.
- Solid budgeting and cost-control skills to manage operational expenditures and support profitable growth.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or a related field. A master’s degree is considered an advantage.
- Experience in the food and beverage, FMCG, or hospitality sectors, preferably within high-growth or startup environments.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic setting.
