Head of Sales Marketing

AL Faiz Builders, a prominent division of AL Faiz Multinational Group based in Karachi, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Sales & Marketing to lead its real estate sales initiatives. This full-time, on-site role requires a strategic leader who can develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies, strengthen the company’s brand presence, and manage a high-performing sales and marketing team to meet ambitious booking and revenue goals.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies aimed at achieving booking and revenue targets.
- Lead, train, and supervise the sales team to enhance their performance and productivity.
- Oversee social media marketing efforts, manage paid advertising campaigns, and drive lead generation activities.
- Enhance lead follow-up processes, coordinate customer meetings, and improve conversion rates through effective use of CRM systems.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with property dealers and investors to expand business opportunities.
- Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance and marketing campaign outcomes to senior management.

Required Qualifications
- MBA degree or equivalent qualification.
- A minimum of 5 to 6 years of relevant experience in sales and marketing leadership, specifically within the real estate sector.
- Proven expertise in digital marketing, paid campaigns, lead conversion, and team management.
- Demonstrated track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Candidates should be between 30 and 35 years of age.
