Head of Sales & Sourcing

We are seeking an experienced professional with a strong background in sales and sourcing to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading sales teams, managing supplier relationships, and driving business growth through strategic market analysis and effective procurement. This role requires a dynamic leader who can motivate teams, build lasting customer relationships, and contribute to the company’s overall planning and success. The position is based on-site and offers a competitive salary starting from Rs 300,000 per month.

Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Management: Lead and oversee the sales team to consistently meet or exceed targets while expanding the company’s market presence.
- Sourcing & Procurement: Identify and establish partnerships with reliable suppliers, negotiate favorable terms, and ensure sourcing activities are cost-effective and aligned with business goals.
- Market Analysis: Continuously monitor market trends, competitor strategies, and customer demands to inform and support strategic decision-making.
- Customer Relationship: Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key customers and business partners to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Team Leadership: Provide guidance, motivation, and professional development opportunities to the sales and sourcing teams to foster continuous improvement and high performance.
- Reporting & Planning: Prepare detailed sales and sourcing reports, set realistic goals, and actively participate in business planning processes to drive organizational growth.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
- A minimum of 10 to 12 years of relevant experience in sales, sourcing, procurement, or related areas.
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage complex sales and sourcing operations.
- Strong negotiation skills and experience working with suppliers and customers.
- Proficiency in market analysis and strategic planning.
