We are seeking an experienced Head of Technology to lead our technology strategy, operations, and transformation initiatives. Key Responsibilities
- Define and implement the overall technology strategy and roadmap in alignment with business goals.
- Lead diverse technology functions including software engineering, enterprise applications, infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity, integrations, data, and automation.
- Oversee the design and deployment of scalable, secure, and high-performance technology architectures.
- Collaborate with executive leadership and business units to identify technology opportunities that enhance efficiency, scalability, customer experience, and business outcomes.
- Drive digital transformation and automation projects across the organization.
- Manage the development, integration, enhancement, and optimization of critical business systems and applications.
- Establish and enforce technology architecture, governance, development standards, security controls, and data management practices.
- Ensure technology systems and infrastructure maintain high reliability, availability, performance, and security.
- Facilitate integration across applications, platforms, APIs, databases, and third-party systems.
- Evaluate emerging technologies such as AI and automation, identifying practical adoption opportunities.
- Partner with Finance, Operations, HR, Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to address business challenges through technology.
- Monitor technology KPIs, service levels, project delivery metrics, system performance, and adoption rates.
- Manage relationships with technology vendors, implementation partners, consultants, and oversee licensing and investments.
- Lead technology risk management, cybersecurity, business continuity, and disaster recovery efforts.
- Ensure timely delivery of technology projects within scope, quality, and business requirements.
- Build, mentor, and lead high-performing technology teams while fostering technical leadership development.
- Provide regular updates and strategic recommendations to senior leadership on technology performance, risks, investments, and opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Engineering, or related fields.
- Over 10 years of experience in technology, software engineering, enterprise IT, or related areas, including significant leadership roles.
- Proven track record leading multidisciplinary technology teams and managing complex initiatives.
- Strong expertise in software architecture, application development, cloud technologies, infrastructure, cybersecurity, APIs/integrations, databases, and enterprise systems.
- Experience developing and executing organization-wide technology strategies and roadmaps.
- Deep understanding of modern software development practices, system architecture, scalability, reliability, and security.
- Demonstrated success leading digital transformation, automation, and technology modernization programs.
- Experience managing technology vendors, partners, budgets, and cross-functional projects.
- Ability to translate business requirements and strategic objectives into effective technology solutions.
- Experience collaborating with senior leadership and global or geographically distributed stakeholders.
- Knowledge of technology governance, risk management, data protection, and business continuity.
