Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership and clear direction for the school’s overall development.
- Ensure the delivery of high academic standards aligned with Cambridge curriculum requirements.
- Lead, mentor, and evaluate both teaching and administrative staff to enhance performance and professional growth.
- Monitor curriculum implementation, lesson planning, student assessments, and academic progress.
- Promote a positive, inclusive, and student-focused learning atmosphere.
- Develop and execute academic and school improvement plans to drive continuous progress.
- Maintain effective communication and strong relationships with parents, staff, and other stakeholders.
- Ensure strict adherence to school policies, procedures, and safeguarding standards.
- Oversee daily school operations, maintaining discipline and professionalism throughout the institution.
- Represent the school in academic forums and community engagements with professionalism and integrity.

Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Education or a relevant field; M.Ed. or B.Ed. qualifications are preferred.
- Minimum of 8 to 10 years of experience in the education sector, including significant leadership or management roles.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of the Cambridge curriculum, assessment methods, and academic standards.
- Proven leadership capabilities, with excellent team management, communication, and decision-making skills.
