Health care performance adds specialist

OccupiaCare is seeking a skilled Google Ads and SEO Specialist to join our team in Lahore on a hybrid work model. We specialize in helping senior care communities increase occupancy through data-driven admissions and growth systems. Our clients include assisted living communities, memory care facilities, skilled nursing providers, rehabilitation centers, and independent living operators. By integrating Google Ads, Meta advertising, conversion-focused websites, CRM automation, AI-powered follow-up, lead nurturing, reputation management, and occupancy analytics, we aim to generate qualified family inquiries, convert those inquiries into tours and move-ins, and provide operators with a measurable system for sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, build, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns to drive qualified leads and measurable business outcomes.
- Conduct advanced keyword research and competitor analysis to inform campaign strategies.
- Manage bidding strategies, budgets, targeting, and campaign structures effectively.
- Set up and validate conversion tracking to measure campaign success accurately.
- Improve cost per qualified lead (CPL) and overall campaign efficiency through continuous optimization.
- Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies, including technical SEO audits, on-page content optimization, and off-page link-building.
- Utilize Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Search Console to analyze campaign and website performance data.
- Build performance reports and identify actionable insights to enhance marketing efforts.
- Conduct A/B testing on ads, landing pages, messaging, and conversion paths to maximize results.
- Collaborate closely with content, design, development, CRM, and strategy teams to align marketing initiatives.
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve lead quality and conversion rates across campaigns.

Required Qualifications
- Proven hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns with a strong focus on performance marketing.
- Advanced knowledge of SEO, including technical SEO, on-page and off-page optimization, and keyword strategy.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Search Console, and conversion tracking tools.
- Experience generating leads through digital marketing channels and optimizing landing pages with A/B testing.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into clear, actionable strategies.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple client campaigns simultaneously.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable working in a hybrid environment based in Lahore.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Preferred Qualifications and Additional Information
- Experience in healthcare, senior living, local lead generation, or high-value service industries is a plus.
- Candidates who provide a short video introduction explaining their previous experience, including specific Google Ads campaigns managed, SEO projects, results achieved, campaign sizes, and improvements in CPL, conversions, ROAS, rankings, or organic traffic, will be strongly favored.
