Health Representative

We are seeking a dedicated Health Representative to join our Vaccines division in Karachi. This field-based role involves engaging with healthcare professionals to promote Pfizer’s vaccine products within an assigned territory. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering professional presentations to doctors, maintaining detailed call records, and executing planned sales activities to increase product prescriptions. Reporting directly to the Health Representative Manager, the role requires strong communication skills, product knowledge, and the ability to coordinate with distributors and internal teams to ensure stock availability and address technical queries.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct professional and skillful presentations to targeted doctors, hospitals, and health-related organizations within the assigned territory, focusing on approved indications of Pfizer products.
- Prepare and maintain accurate contact records of doctors and chemists, along with detailed call reports submitted on schedule to the Health Representative Manager.
- Develop weekly and monthly call plans, submitting them for approval and adhering to the approved tour program to ensure consistent territory coverage.
- Organize Product Group Meetings with healthcare professionals to discuss specific products in detail and stay updated on competitive offerings.
- Collect and report market intelligence regarding promotional activities and marketing strategies of competitors.
- Provide regular feedback to management and the marketing team on promotional activities and market conditions.
- Coordinate with distributors to ensure adequate stock availability of products at retail outlets.
- Follow plans aimed at increasing prescription flow from identified doctors and report progress periodically.
- Forward technical queries from doctors to the Medical Division for clarification, keeping the Health Representative Manager informed.
- Maintain professional appearance, proper record-keeping, and upkeep of detailing kits and vehicle.
- Submit expense reports and leave plans within designated deadlines.
- Report competitive activities observed in the territory to the Health Representative Manager, Sales Manager, and Marketing team.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Science is mandatory.
- Fresh graduates are welcome; however, candidates with 6 months to 2 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales will be preferred.
