Al-Awan Construction & Electric Works Co. is seeking a qualified and experienced HVAC Supervisor to join our team for an upcoming project at PIMS Hospital, Islamabad. The ideal candidate will be a technically skilled professional with hands-on experience in HVAC installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and site supervision. This role requires a responsible individual who can effectively manage HVAC operations on-site, ensuring all work aligns with project specifications and timelines.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise HVAC installation, operation, preventive maintenance, and corrective maintenance activities.
- Monitor HVAC equipment such as Air Handling Units (AHUs), Fan Coil Units (FCUs), Variable Refrigerant Flow (VRF) systems, chillers, ducting, and associated piping relevant to the project.
- Coordinate closely with site engineers, technicians, and other project teams to ensure smooth workflow.
- Ensure that all work is carried out according to approved drawings, technical specifications, and project schedules.
- Identify and troubleshoot HVAC faults promptly and implement corrective actions without delay.
- Maintain accurate site progress reports and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards throughout the project duration.

Required Qualifications
- Diploma in Mechanical or HVAC Technology.
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant hands-on experience in HVAC fieldwork.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, including installation and maintenance procedures.
- Proven ability to supervise technicians and manage daily site activities efficiently.
- Excellent coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Capability to work effectively within a hospital project environment, understanding its unique requirements and constraints.
