The assignment involves creating a polished, approximately two-minute 3D animated brand film for a SaaS product designed for schools. The film will showcase a stylized 3D school environment, featuring animated characters, multiple scenes, cinematic camera movements, and smooth transitions to deliver a compelling narrative.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop detailed 3D models and environments that align with the project’s creative vision.
- Rig and animate characters to ensure fluid and believable movement.
- Compose scenes with attention to lighting, rendering, and overall visual quality.
- Animate cameras and design cinematic transitions to enhance storytelling.
- Integrate voiceovers, sound design, music, and audio production seamlessly.
- Perform compositing and finalize video production to deliver a polished end product.
- Collaborate effectively through defined production and review stages, maintaining clear communication and meeting deadlines.

Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in 3D modeling, character rigging, animation, and scene composition.
- Strong proficiency with professional 3D production software such as Blender, Maya, or Cinema 4D.
- Demonstrated ability to produce consistent, high-quality 3D animation with a strong understanding of character movement and visual storytelling.
- Experience managing projects involving multiple scenes and complex animation sequences.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team structure, with clearly defined roles and responsibilities.
- Commitment to meeting agreed timelines and providing regular progress updates.

Preferred Qualifications and Additional Information
- Experience in voiceover integration, sound design, and audio production is highly valued.
- A portfolio or showreel showcasing previous work in character animation and environment creation is essential. Applications without relevant portfolios will not be considered.
