Hiring: Accounts Officer (Ecommerce) | On-site, Multan

Global Ecommerce Consultants (GEC) is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounts Officer to join their team in Multan. This full-time, on-site role requires managing the financial operations of the agency, specifically focusing on ecommerce platforms. The position involves preparing profit and loss reports, handling comprehensive accounting tasks, and delivering accurate financial summaries to support business decisions. The working hours are from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM, Monday through Saturday, based at the Model Town office in Multan.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare monthly profit and loss (P&L) reports for various ecommerce platforms including Amazon, eBay, Etsy, Walmart, Shopify, and TikTok Shop.
- Manage the full accounting cycle, including bookkeeping, maintaining ledgers, handling payables and receivables, and performing reconciliations.
- Monitor and track platform fees, advertising expenditures, refunds, and payouts to ensure financial accuracy.
- Oversee payroll processing, expense management, and invoicing activities.
- Provide clear and concise financial summaries and reports to management to aid in strategic planning.
- Utilize AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, and Claude to enhance the speed and accuracy of financial reporting.

Required Qualifications

- Male candidates aged between 22 and 26 years.
- A degree in Accounting or Finance such as B.Com, BS Accounting & Finance, ACCA, or an equivalent qualification.
- Minimum of 1.5 years of relevant accounting experience.
- Proven experience in preparing P&L reports; prior exposure to ecommerce accounting is highly advantageous.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting.
- Basic familiarity with AI tools to support accounting functions.
- A technical mindset with the ability to work quickly and learn new systems efficiently.
- Punctuality and reliability are essential.
- Candidates must hold domicile in Multan; applications from other cities will not be considered.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits

- The salary will be determined based on the candidate’s skills, performance during the interview, and trial period.
- The role includes a three-month probation period, after which permanent employment will be confirmed based on performance.
- The position offers an annual salary range between Rs. 480,000 and Rs. 780,000.
