We are looking for motivated and confident Customer Service Representatives (CSRs), both male and female, to join our night shift team for an office-based Motor Vehicle Accident (MVA) campaign. This full-time position is based in Rawalpindi and requires working hours from 7:45 PM to 6:00 AM, aligned with USA timings. The role involves making outbound calls, engaging professionally with customers, and strictly following campaign guidelines to ensure excellent service quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers in a professional and courteous manner at all times.
- Adhere to campaign scripts, policies, and quality standards consistently.
- Accurately document call outcomes and customer information in the system.
- Achieve daily and weekly performance targets to support overall campaign success.
- Maintain confidentiality and comply with all company policies and procedures.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum education of O/A Level or Bachelor’s degree.
- Basic computer skills are essential for handling system inputs and call documentation.
- Punctuality and a strong sense of responsibility are critical for this role.
- Open to both fresh graduates and experienced candidates.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Competitive salary ranging from PKR 35,000 to PKR 50,000, with the potential to earn performance-based bonuses exceeding PKR 200,000.
