Hiring: HR Manager

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Manager, suitable for fresh graduates or candidates with limited experience, to join our team. This full-time position offers an excellent opportunity to develop your HR career in a supportive environment. The role is based at our office in Chungi Amer Sidhu, Main Ferozpur Road, Lahore, with working hours from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday. Candidates residing near the office location will be preferred. The salary range is competitive and commensurate with skills and performance, falling between PKR 30,000 and 60,000 per month.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the recruitment process, including onboarding new employees and managing employee relations.
- Oversee attendance tracking, payroll processing, and maintain accurate HR documentation.
- Implement company policies and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
- Support initiatives that promote employee engagement and foster a positive workplace culture.
- Handle basic performance tracking and coordinate training programs for staff development.

Required Qualifications:
- 0 to 12 months of experience in Human Resources or a related field.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or an equivalent discipline.
- Strong communication and organizational skills to effectively manage HR tasks.
- Basic knowledge of HR processes and proficiency in MS Office applications.
- This position is open exclusively to female candidates.
