Hiring: Outbound Call Centre Agents- (O/A-Levels Student's)

Ace Marketing is seeking motivated and target-driven individuals to join our International Call Center team based in Gulistan-e-Johar, Karachi. This role offers an excellent opportunity for candidates who are eager to develop their careers in a dynamic sales environment. Successful candidates will engage with international clients, aiming to meet and exceed sales targets while contributing to the overall growth of the company. Both full-time and part-time positions are available, with work conducted in person at our Karachi office.

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to international clients with professionalism and clarity.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through effective communication and persuasion.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.
- Collaborate with team members and management to improve sales strategies and customer satisfaction.
- Continuously update knowledge of products and services to provide accurate information to customers.

Required Qualifications:
- Education level ranging from Intermediate to Bachelor’s degree.
- Strong fluency in English with excellent verbal communication skills.
- A target-oriented mindset with the ability to work under pressure.
- Previous sales experience is considered an advantage but not mandatory.
