We are seeking a skilled Shopify Developer to join our team full-time and work on-site. The ideal candidate will have comprehensive knowledge of Shopify and Shopify Plus, capable of managing both front-end and back-end development tasks. This role involves building, maintaining, and enhancing our online stores to ensure optimal performance and user experience. You will collaborate closely with our team to deliver seamless store operations and continuous improvements.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and update Shopify themes using Liquid, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Create new pages, sections, templates, and custom features tailored to business needs.
- Optimize site speed, page load times, and overall store performance.
- Install and configure apps, resolve app conflicts, and maintain smooth store functionality.
- Update product pages, collections, and navigation structures to enhance usability.
- Troubleshoot and resolve bugs, errors, and theme-related issues promptly.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure daily store operations run efficiently.
- Implement ongoing improvements in user experience, checkout processes, and mobile responsiveness.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience working with Shopify and Shopify Plus platforms.
- Proficiency in Liquid templating language, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Strong understanding of Shopify themes, sections, metafields, and schema.
- Ability to quickly diagnose and fix technical issues.
- Experience in optimizing store speed and performance.
- Familiarity with popular Shopify apps such as PageFly, Klaviyo, ReCharge, and Loyalty apps.
- Capability to manage tasks independently and meet deadlines consistently.
- A keen eye for design, layout, and user experience details.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
