Home Security Sales Closer

Sharp Brains is seeking a skilled Sales Closer to lead our ADT Home Security campaign and manage the entire sales process from initial customer contact through to closing. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in home security sales, particularly with ADT or similar US-based campaigns, and be adept at engaging prospects, addressing objections, and securing sales. This role requires someone who can work effectively in a target-driven environment while maintaining high standards of customer service and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end sales calls, including customer engagement, needs assessment, and closing.
- Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of ADT home security packages, pricing structures, and promotional offers.
- Identify customer requirements, skillfully handle objections, and convert leads into confirmed sales.
- Complete all necessary customer enrollment steps, payment authorizations, and order submissions using approved systems.
- Consistently meet or exceed sales targets, maintain strong conversion rates, and uphold quality standards.
- Ensure strict adherence to campaign guidelines and sales procedures throughout the sales cycle.

Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of direct experience in ADT or a comparable US home security sales campaign.
- Proven track record in outbound sales with a focus on closing deals successfully.
- Excellent English communication skills, with strong abilities in persuasion and negotiation.
- Demonstrated expertise in objection handling and building positive customer relationships.
- Ability to thrive in a target-oriented environment and deliver consistent sales results.

Work Location and Shift Details:
This position is based in Johar Town, Lahore, and requires in-person attendance. The working hours are from 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM, Monday through Friday.

Compensation:
The salary range for this role is Rs50,000 to Rs70,000 per month, commensurate with experience and performance.
