Tutoric Tuitions is seeking dedicated part-time Home Tutors to provide personalized academic support to students in Lahore, Pakistan. Tutors will work directly in learners’ homes, delivering tailored lessons that align with both the student’s school curriculum and Tutoric Tuitions’ learning objectives. This role requires flexibility in scheduling to accommodate both the tutor’s and learner’s availability, with a focus on fostering a supportive and engaging educational environment that promotes confidence and academic improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver clear, structured lessons based on the curriculum and individual learner needs.
- Conduct one-on-one tutoring sessions at learners’ homes in Lahore.
- Assign, review, and provide feedback on homework and other academic tasks.
- Monitor and track learner progress regularly to ensure goals are being met.
- Maintain consistent communication with parents or guardians to discuss academic performance, address concerns, and recommend strategies for improvement.
- Uphold a professional, respectful, and safe learning environment at all times.
- Manage scheduling and lesson planning efficiently to meet learner requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to design and implement lessons that are aligned with school curricula and tailored to individual student needs.
- Strong knowledge of relevant subjects and grade levels, including Classes 5–8, Pre-O Levels, O Levels, and A Levels.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with learners and their families.
- Patience, empathy, and motivational skills to support students with diverse learning styles.
- Strong organizational abilities to manage lesson plans, schedules, and learner progress.
- Minimum educational qualification of a high school diploma.
- Willingness and comfort to work on-site at learners’ homes in Lahore, adhering to safety and professionalism standards.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Previous tutoring or teaching experience is highly preferred.
- A bachelor’s degree in education or a related field is considered an advantage.
- Competitive compensation starting at PKR 35,000 per month, which may increase based on experience and qualifications.
