Homeroom Teacher – Grade 2 (Female Only)

New Century Schooling System is looking for a caring, enthusiastic, and dedicated Homeroom Teacher for Grade 2 to join our academic team. This full-time position is based in North Nazimabad, Karachi, and involves fostering a positive and engaging learning environment for young learners. The ideal candidate will be passionate about primary education and committed to supporting the academic and personal growth of students.

Key Responsibilities
- Teach and manage the Grade 2 classroom effectively.
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons across various primary-level subjects.
- Monitor and assess students’ academic progress and personal development regularly.
- Maintain classroom discipline while promoting a positive and supportive learning atmosphere.
- Prepare assessments, keep accurate student records, and provide constructive feedback.
- Communicate with parents about their children’s progress and any specific needs.
- Encourage creativity, confidence, and the development of positive learning habits among students.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field.
- Strong classroom management skills and effective communication abilities.
