Horticulture & Parks Expert (Real Estate Project)F

We are looking for an experienced Horticulture and Parks Expert to join our team for a housing project based in Faisalabad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, developing, and maintaining various green spaces, including parks, green belts, boulevards, and entrance landscaping. This role requires a strong understanding of local climate and soil conditions to ensure sustainable and attractive greenery throughout the year.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and supervise landscaping efforts for parks, green belts, boulevards, and entrance areas.
- Select appropriate trees, shrubs, and grasses suited to Faisalabad’s climate and soil.
- Manage plantation activities, irrigation systems (including drip and sprinkler), and nursery operations.
- Oversee the work of landscape contractors and gardening staff to ensure quality and timely completion.
- Prepare detailed plantation plans, bills of quantities (BOQs), and maintenance schedules.
- Implement pest and disease control measures to maintain healthy and vibrant greenery year-round.
- Coordinate closely with civil engineering and design teams to ensure seamless integration of landscaping with overall project development.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Horticulture, Landscape Architecture, or Agriculture with a specialization in Horticulture.
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in park development, landscaping, or nursery management.
- Strong knowledge of local plant species, irrigation techniques, and soil management practices.
- Ability to read and interpret landscape drawings; proficiency in AutoCAD is considered an advantage.
- Excellent supervisory and coordination skills to manage teams and contractors effectively.
