Hospitality Manager

Hotel One Vogue Lahore is looking for a highly motivated and results-oriented Business Development Manager to lead corporate sales efforts, increase room occupancy, and maximize revenue from banquets and events. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with internationally recognized hotel brands and a strong network within corporate, government, embassy, NGO, and travel sectors. This role demands excellent business development, negotiation, and relationship management skills to expand the hotel’s presence in Lahore’s competitive hospitality market and drive sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development and Revenue Growth:
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet room, banquet, and overall revenue targets. Identify and secure new business opportunities from corporate organizations, government departments, embassies, NGOs, airlines, and travel partners. Increase hotel occupancy through direct corporate contracts and strategic alliances. Generate revenue from conferences, meetings, weddings, corporate events, and social gatherings. Conduct regular sales calls, client visits, and business presentations to maintain a strong sales pipeline.

Corporate and Key Account Management:
Build and nurture long-term relationships with key corporate clients and stakeholders. Negotiate corporate rate agreements and commercial contracts to secure favorable terms. Manage key accounts to ensure retention and growth, conducting account reviews to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities across hotel services.

Banquet and Event Sales:
Promote banquet halls, meeting rooms, conferences, hi-tea events, corporate gatherings, and social functions. Collaborate closely with Operations and Events teams to ensure flawless execution of events. Achieve banquet and event revenue targets through proactive and targeted sales initiatives.

Market Intelligence:
Monitor competitor activities, pricing trends, and overall market developments to stay ahead. Identify emerging business opportunities and recommend strategies to enhance market share. Prepare periodic market intelligence and business performance reports to inform decision-making.

Reporting and Performance Management:
Maintain an up-to-date sales pipeline and client database. Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales reports to track progress. Monitor sales performance against KPIs and revenue targets, ensuring compliance with company policies and brand standards.

Required Qualifications
A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field is essential. Candidates with an MBA or relevant professional qualifications will have an added advantage. A minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience in sales, business development, or hospitality sales within internationally recognized hotel brands is required. Proven success in achieving sales and revenue targets in the hospitality industry is critical. Experience working with corporate, government, embassy, NGO, and travel trade accounts specifically in Lahore is highly preferred.
