Housekeeping Supervisor

Oriental City Home International Hotel (SMC-Private) Limited is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Supervisor to join its team in Islamabad F-8 Markaz. This full-time position involves working on rotational shifts and requires a professional committed to maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and guest satisfaction. The successful candidate will ensure a welcoming and comfortable environment for all hotel guests by overseeing daily housekeeping operations and coordinating with other departments to deliver exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily housekeeping activities to maintain cleanliness and hygiene in guest rooms and public areas.
- Inspect rooms and common spaces to ensure compliance with hotel quality standards.
- Manage housekeeping staff schedules, attendance, and performance.
- Coordinate with Front Desk and Maintenance teams to ensure rooms are ready on time and maintenance issues are promptly addressed.
- Ensure rooms are fully prepared before guest arrivals.
- Report maintenance problems, damaged equipment, or lost and found items to the relevant departments.
- Maintain housekeeping supplies and organize housekeeping carts efficiently.
- Communicate with the Front Office regarding room status and guest needs.
- Respond promptly to guest requests related to housekeeping services.
- Adhere to all hygiene, health, safety, and sanitation standards set by the hotel.
- Maintain professional grooming, discipline, and courteous behavior when interacting with guests and colleagues.
- Perform deep cleaning tasks as assigned by management.
- Monitor inventory of supplies and linen to ensure proper usage and availability.

Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in hotel housekeeping is mandatory, with a strong understanding of housekeeping procedures and cleaning techniques.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Good physical stamina and keen attention to detail.
- Honest, reliable, and punctual with a polite and customer-oriented attitude.
- Willingness to work rotational shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Strong team player with a positive work ethic.
