Al Masood Supermarket & Pharmacy is seeking a dedicated and experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee the housekeeping team and maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and upkeep across all designated areas. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for both customers and staff by managing daily housekeeping operations efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of the housekeeping staff to ensure all cleaning tasks are completed effectively.
- Monitor cleanliness and maintenance of assigned areas, addressing any issues promptly.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Conduct regular inspections to maintain hygiene standards and report any maintenance needs.
- Train and guide housekeeping team members to improve performance and adherence to procedures.
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring availability and proper usage.
- Collaborate with other departments to support overall facility management and customer satisfaction.

Required Qualifications:
- 2 to 4 years of relevant experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor or in a similar supervisory role.
- Proven ability to manage a team and maintain cleanliness standards consistently.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Experience working in supermarkets, retail stores, hotels, hospitals, or commercial facilities is highly preferred.
- Full-time position offering a monthly salary of PKR 35,000.
- Working hours are 10 hours per day.
- The role is based in Karachi, Pakistan, and requires in-person attendance.
