Housekeeping Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Housekeeping Supervisor with 4 to 6 years of relevant experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing housekeeping operations, ensuring cleanliness standards are met, and coordinating activities across different shifts. This full-time, rotational position requires hands-on management and a strong understanding of health and safety protocols to maintain a safe and efficient working environment. The role is based on-site, requiring the candidate to be present at the work location.

Key Responsibilities
- Assign duties to housekeeping staff and inspect their work to ensure compliance with established cleanliness standards.
- Coordinate work schedules and activities among various shifts to balance workload effectively.
- Provide recommendations to enhance service quality and improve operational efficiency.
- Conduct regular inspections of the building to identify the need for repairs or replacement of furniture and equipment, and suggest appropriate actions.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of health and safety regulations relevant to both staff and personal conduct within the workplace.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent educational background.
- Basic housekeeping certifications demonstrating foundational knowledge in housekeeping practices.
- A minimum of 4 to 6 years of experience in a supervisory role within housekeeping or a related field.
